the OVER EASY CAFE.

their green chile is awesome, some of the best in town. it's roasted and spicy enough to taste so you get the 'green chile buzz,' but not too hot so you can't taste anything for hours afterwards. and you can get this little treasure 'til 2pm every day! (except on monday, when they're closed.)

the over easy cafe is in the rodeo plaza mini mall, where zia and rodeo merge, near lotta burger.
