there's no question who makes the best in town. cloud cliff is light years ahead of anyone else in santa fe, in the huevos rancheros department.

it's made with black beans, of course eggs, fried potatoes, tortilla, and a choice of red or green chile. i also get a biscuit to go with it. their biscuits are more like scones, but very, very good. you actually need one to sop up the extra huevos rancheros juices.
